Daily diary cards. Do them! If you are not improving and not completing your diary cards, what can you change in this equation?
Daily affirmations. Powerful stuff, and readily available to you. You don’t have to get dressed up, go somewhere, or jump over some hurdle to apply this skill. It is with you and available to you all the time.
Daily skills practice (and take note of it.) Consciously take note of skills practice such as using mindfulness skills, willingness, assertiveness, and positive self talk. Notice and record the skills you use.
