Policies:
Clients are expected to participate in both group sessions and individual (or process group) sessions on a weekly basis. If a client is not consistently attending both components, he/she may be dropped from the program in order to make space for a client who is willing to fully commit to the program.
It is requested that clients needing to cancel a session provide at least 24 hours notice prior to the session. Cancellations without 24-hour notice will be charged the full fee as contracted by your insurance, not just the co-pay.
Policies
- Clients are expected to participate in weekly skills group meetings and weekly process sessions. It is understood that sessions occasionally will be missed due to illness or other obligations. However, inconsistent attendance may result in being asked to leave the program until the client can commit to a consistent schedule.
- It is requested that clients needing to cancel a session provide at least 24 hours notice prior to the session. Cancellations without 24-hour notice will be charged the full fee. Notice may be given by phone, text or email.
- Individual sessions (55 minutes) will be scheduled Monday to Saturday, but not the same day as group.
- Clients will pay for sessions prior to the session via check, or credit card.
- Rates may be increased with 60-day’s notice.
- Establishing friendships/relationships with other group members outside the therapeutic environment is discouraged, but not prohibited. It is common to meet people in the group setting that share similar life experiences and would be a good friend. Meeting outside the therapeutic environment may disrupt the group harmony, and it is requested that friendships be disclosed to the rest of the group.
