Think of the different ways you have applied mindfulness skills over the past weeks. Mindfulness of your breathing, sights, or sounds. Mindfulness of your own body sensations, including emotions, and tension. Mindfulness of body language and cues from others. Mindfulness of the most effective way to respond to a situation regardless of your emotion about it.
