Most likely other people fee the same way. So, you need to avoid those things in your conversations. Typically, this list includes things like blaming, criticizing, or insulting the other person.
No one wants to hear bad things about themselves, and they will become defensive and uncooperative if this happens. Many problems can be negotiated if we play fair without resorting to these tactics.
