Mindfulness includes these 3 components: observing, describing, and participating. Mindfulness practice occurs throughout the day with whatever you are doing. It is different from a formal meditation practice where one is still and focusing on the breath, or similar. We call this in-the-moment mindfulness. Just notice and observe whatever is occurring inside and outside your body. Then describe what you observe factually with no judgments. Use that information to respond effectively using wise mind.
Do one thing mindfully. One thing at a time. Stay focused.
